Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all glass vials and containers are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
